Simple Spam Bot

A Simple and easy way to be the most hated person between your friends, All you have to do is spam the group chat using this bot until you get kicked...

Please don't bully me if my readme file does not look that professional, it's my first time writing a readme.

NOTE

This is the beta version of this project, Do not expect it to be polished/fully featured/not buggy, I'm trying to fix as much bugs as I can and I'll be trying to add more features.

How it works

Basically, the bot takes the text you entered in the first input and takes the number you entered in the second input and uses it to know how many times you want to type the text you entered, and then it types it for you. Simple as that!

Installation

First, you need to install Python and make sure it's added to PATH, Then open the Command Prompt and type this command:

pip install ttkthemes pyautogui

That's it. you're done!

How to use

  • Text Spam mode:

    This mode will spam the text you entered the amount of times you want

    1. Open main.py file
    2. Type whatever you want to spam
    3. Enter how many times do you want to spam
    4. press the Start Spamming button
    5. Quickly switch to the window that you want to spam in and click on the input you want to type messages in

  • Infinite Spam mode:

    This mode will spam the text you entered and it will never stop until you stop yourself it or close the terminal

    1. Open main.py file
    2. Type whatever you want to spam
    3. press the Start Spamming button
    4. Quickly switch to the window that you want to spam in and click on the input you want to type messages in

  • File Spam mode:

    This mode will spam the content of any text file you want

    1. Open main.py file
    2. Click Select File
    3. Navigate to the file you want to spam it's content and select it
    4. press the Start Spamming button
    5. Quickly switch to the window that you want to spam in and click on the input you want to type messages in

NOTE: this gif is showing the spambot with 0.2 message delay, it can type faster if the message delay is 0 which you can change in the settings ANOTHER NOTE: this gif is showing the first alpha version of the spambot not the latest version

    Hello there,

    After realizing that this code is utter garbage (pretty expected because this is my first project), I decided to stop wasting the time spent trying to add new stuff and fix this mess. I'll only work on it again if I personally want to add a new feature to annoy my friends or rewrite it again when I become a more experienced programmer.

    New features

    • Fixed file spam mode
    • Start function now stops the threads when it's done
    • Fixed a lot of bugs and improved performance
    • I honestly don't remember what new thing I added or fixed in this version other than those, so I think you'll just have to figure it out.

    Hey there, This is the second beta release to this project! Sorry for the long silence, but I've just been too lazy to think of something new to add to this thing also, I forgot to upload the settings file in the last update (which was nearly 3 months ago) and that resulted in the app not working, oops...

    New Features :

    • Seems like I forgot to push the settings file in the last update, oops...
    • The bot will now use the default settings if the settings file is not found (just in case I do that again)
    • Added Reset to default button in the Settings tab
    • Renamed Main.py to main.py
    • Added a counter that says how many messages have been spammed and how many messages left
    • Improved error detection and error handling
    • Cleaned more of the code again and added more comments to make it easier to read and maintain
    • Made more use of the terminal that's sitting in the back doing nothing at all
