Telegram openqrgen_bot

Telegram Bot that generates from user's messages and decodes QR-codes from photos.
Also contains rickroll detection :)

Just type python3 bot.py to run. Don't forget to set your own bot token.

You need Python and these pip modules:

pip install telebot
pip install pyTelegramBotAPI
pip install opencv-python
